What’s the difference between PET twist film & PVC twist film?

The production way of PET twist film is biaxially stretched. With stable quality between batches,  the film having a uniform thickness & high mechanical strength which can meet the high speed printing, aluminized processing. The excellent character improve the printing & aluminized productivity. Also  the percent of pass can reach 99% or more. But PVC twist mainly uses calendering, casting production mode. The film thickness is uniformity,also low mechanical strength,It is very  easy to fold & break when it is printing & aluminizing, aslo impact the film’s printed & aluminized quality.

Reply:PET Twist Film replaces PVC Twist Film, the requirement for the packing equipment is to increase the twist strength(the mechanical angle need to adjust 270 to 360 degree), other no need change.
